For years I have been trying to change myself in order to influence my addict’s behavior. These past few months I have realized it’s not up to me and I have turned to praying for change. Arch and his firm, Recovery Elevated Solutions, were referred to me by a family that had success with an addiction treatment facilitation for their young adult daughter. With similar circumstances, we reached out to Arch and his wife, Julie, and following detailed discussions of options and locations for intensive in-patient treatment, we felt hopeful and comfortable that a solid game plan with a solid team had been developed, with backup routes in place if necessary. Arch and Julie communicated and guided us with consistency, empathy, and demonstrated a tremendous amount of knowledge and skill regarding young adult addiction treatment, including the professionals, facilities, philosophies and programs/curricula involved. Following four months at a highly regarded facility in the Southwest, they transitioned to sober companion assistance where Julie really shined, combined with various IOP avenues, therapists (including equine), 12 Step meetings, all professionally and effectively managed by Arch.
